About GECA
Education is often said to be the passport to the future, for TOMORROW belongs to those who PREPARE for it TODAY. However, in the present interconnected, fast-moving world, Global Education is the need of the hour so that students can thrive not just locally, but also globally. Over time, global education has evolved from a fancy idea to an essential component of modern schooling, addressing crucial issues like the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as climate change, environmental sustainability and cross-cultural understanding through immersive dialogues, meaningful discussions and humanitarian campaigns at the school and college level and the emphasis on transferable skills—such as problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and initiative has made global education indispensable.
The Global Educators Conclave & Awards (GECA) 2025 being organised by UniFusion Consultants on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Lucknow will acknowledge the invaluable contributions and relentless passion shown by visionary educators, policymakers, school owners, principals, industry leaders, counsellors and academic professionals towards global education. The GECA Awards will continue to inspire and lead the way for other such grassroot-level changemakers by recognising their exemplary achievements. By sharing what they’ve achieved, the Awards seek to create a ripple effect that supports a culture of authentic change and continuous progress in our education system at large.

We are excited to announce the Global Educators Conclave, a premier gathering of thought leaders, educators, and institutions dedicated to shaping the future of education.

Promotions & Visibility
- Multi-Platform Digital Outreach: The event will be promoted through social media campaigns, email marketing, and event listings. Additionally, consistent outreach to schools will be conducted via physical visits and distribution of promotional materials.
- Citywide LED Advertising: From April 20 to April 26, 2025, the conclave will be showcased across 40 LED screens in Lucknow, running 300 ten-second spots daily for seven days.
Global Educator Award
GECA 2025 will bring together renowned educators, policymakers, school owners, principals, counsellors, parents, and students from 75 elite schools and colleges across Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Kanpur and Agra. Additionally, 40 leading Indian and international universities will be participating, with an expected audience of 400 to 500 students (present Classes XII and the of 2025 Class XII batch) and their parents.
Nomination Process
- Self-nominations are NOT allowed.
- Persons from the same organisation can nominate their Directors/ Principals/ Owners.
- Nominations for only 2 categories at max are allowed.
- Our esteemed jury will shortlist the nominations received on 20 April 2025.
- Awardees will be informed by 21 April 2025.
- A write-up for the nominated person and the chosen category must NOT EXCEED 300 words.
- A high-resolution image of the nominated person of size at least 1 MB is required.
Awardees
The awardees will be adjudged by our esteemed jury comprising senior journalists, bureaucrats and members of management associations and industry bodies.

Dr. Shishir Srivastava
is a visionary leader, educator, and international strategist with over 25 years of experience in transforming education globally.
