Shishir Leadership Academy (SLA) is a transforma ve educa onal movement dedicated to empowering youth and educators with the vision of nurturing spiritually grounded, globally conscious leaders who will shape a peaceful, just and sustainable world. Rooted in the core values of humility, service and unity, the academy offers dynamic and value-driven courses in Global Ci zenship Educa on (GCED), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Peacebuilding, Inner Leadership and Human Rights designed for students, teachers and education institute.

Aligned with UNESCO's GCED goals and SDG 4.7, the academy equips young learners to become compassionate change makers who think globally, act locally and lead with purpose and empathy. Signature programs such as Speak Peace, Lead Peace, The Power Within and I Stand for Jus ce build emo onal intelligence, moral clarity and civic engagement in youth.

For educators, Shishir Leadership Academy provides expert training in peace pedagogy and values-based instruc on, while schools benefit from scalable, affordable learning frameworks — including the pioneering GCED Curriculum for Classes 6–12.

Dr. Shishir Srivastava – Founder & Global CEO

Dr. Shishir K. Srivastava is a globally respected peace educator, career counsellor, visionary, motivational speaker, author and advocate of value-based education. As the Founder of Unifusion & Shishir Leadership Academy, he is empowering youth and educators through transformative courses in Global Citizenship Education GCED / the SDGs Peacebuilding, Inner Leadership and Human Rights His efforts are closely aligned with UNESCO's GCED goals and SDG 4.7, and are deeply rooted in Gandhian values of nonviolence, humility and universal brotherhood.
